For Retired People

The programme consists of monthly talks, mainly by visiting speakers, on a variety of subjects.

The meetings take place on the first Thursday in the month between 10.30 and 12 noon and take place over 10 months. Members meet for coffee and biscuits prior to the meetings between 10.00 and 10.30 a.m.

The December meeting is replaced by a seasonal lunch. One of the summer months may be replaced by a barbecue or similar event - see the Programme for details.

The venue for these meetings is in the centre of the city, in the Town Hall.

Special Interest Groups meet regularly at different times and venues during the month.
